AGM 2006

The Royal British Legion Paderborn Branch elected a new Vice-Chairman at its AGM on October 21. Phil Buckmaster has been a member of the Branch for four years. He served in the Enniskillen Dragoon Guards but now earns his living by driving a car transporter. He is an honorary member of Soldaten Kameradschaft. Phil often volunteers his time to raise money for the Poppy appeal.Patrick O'Connor-Close receiving his awards from Colonel Bertie Polly, Deputy Commander Paderborn Garrison

 

Two members of the Royal British Legion Paderborn Branch were presented with Poppy Appeal badges and Branch appreciation certificates in recognition for 20 years service, raising money for the Poppy Appeal. The Guest-Speaker at the AGM, Colonel Polley, Deputy Commander Paderborn Garrison; presented the awards to Patrick O’Connor-Closeand Ian Alford.  Patrick is retired and Ian is the Foreman Sennelager Training Centre.
