1.1  The Royal British Legion (TRBL) Paderborn Branch e.V. reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the Web Site at any time without prior notice.

3.1 We will endeavour to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 (4).  The following principles will be applied when we handle your personal information.

a.     Personal information will only be used with the knowledge of the said person.

b.     Only information that is actually needed is collected.

c.     Personal information is only seen by personnel who require it to carry out their duties.

d.     Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary.

e.     All possible effort is made to protect information from unauthorised or accidental disclosure.

3.2 The principles of Para 3.1a-e apply to information held both manually and electronically.

3.3 The principles of Para 3.1a-e applies to information collected by us and not to information collected by companies that are not owned by us or parties that are outside our control.

3.4 If personnel who appear in photographs displayed on the Web Site have objections they are to make their feelings known to the Webmaster.

4.   Conduct when using open areas of the Web Site

4.1  All postings in the Forum are to be in accordance with the Forum provider. Guidlines as to conduct can be found at http://uk.docs.yahoo.com/guidelines.html.

4.2  Do not post threatening or abusive material or material that is likely to cause harassment.

4.3  Do not post obscene or objectionable material.

4.4  Do not post illegal material or material that infringes on the rights of others.
